Reserve a unit with a $3,000 reservation deposit (fully refundable)
that locks in a unit while you pre-qualify for purchase with
our
lending partner,
Prime Lending. You will find some really attractive
lending packages from Prime Lending, including zero-down programs and adjustable
rates loans. We are partnering exclusively with Republic Title
for all title work and contract closing.
At contract commitment you will need to
confirm your reservation by signing a contract. At this juncture, your down payment
is non-refundable and is placed in an escrow account at Republic Title. You will then close at Republic Title after
you have completed a walk thru of your new home with the developer.
